This is AWBfL ("Andy's Webkit Browser for Linux"), a GTK3 and Webkit2 based browser written in Vala. It is a fork from the original Midori project.
It has an extension to do username/password saving. It also has an external command to sync user/pass completion, and a sync server which is trivial to run. Passwords are encrypted before being stored on the sync server, so only your own browser installs can use them. (The sync process is UDP based.)
AWBfL is a web browser that runs on Desktop devices.
