List of Web browsers that are occasionally developed further

These are web browsers that have a bit of an in-between-developmental status - we refer to them as "Idle". This means that they're a web browser that isn't under active development (the way that a browser like Chrome or Safari is for example). And yet they also don't seem to be Abandoned or Discontinued. Perhaps it's a browser project that runs on old or obscure platforms and the developers only provide updates and new features sporadically - such a browser isn't abandoned, it's also not really actively developed - we call it "Idle" and it seems like a useful distinction to make when comparing different browsers.
